This site is owned and operated by Future Success, trading as Maldevi, ("we", "us", "our"). In using this site and/or purchasing from us you ("you", "your") agree to these Terms & Conditions and our policies (including Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy). 1. Use of the Site and our Services
1.1 Access to the Site does not give you a right to expect that it will be available at all times and/or be free from errors. We may suspend, modify or stop the Site (or part of it) at any time without warning.
1.2 You must be older than 18 to place an order. If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, you are declaring that you have a right to bind the business.
1.3 You undertake to use the Site lawfully, not to hinder it, attempt to gain unauthorised access or take advantage of any feature.
1.4 If you register an account you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any use under your account.
2. Orders, Acceptance & Contract Formation
2.1 Your order is an offer to purchase. We will send an order acknowledgement when we get your order — this is not acceptance.
2.2 Acceptance occurs when we despatch the goods (or for digital goods, deliver the goods) and a contract is formed.
2.3 We can cancel or refuse to accept orders for any reason (e.g. stock not available, price errors, suspected fraud).
2.4 We reserve the right to restrict quantities per customer.
2.5 As soon as title passes (see Section 4) you will be responsible for the goods.
3. Product Details & Availability
3.1 We try to make product description, images and specifications as accurate as possible but minor deviations may occur.
3.2 Sizes and weights are approximate unless otherwise described.
3.3 Availability may change. If once you have ordered something it becomes out of stock we will notify you and refund any payment.
4. Price, Payment & Title
4.1 Prices are stated in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where VAT is payable. Charges for delivery are additional unless specified otherwise.
4.2 We accept payment on order or as specified at check-out.
4.3 We shall pass title to the goods to you when we have accepted your order, you have made full payment and the goods have been despatched to you. Risk passes on delivery.
4.4 If we find that a pricing error has been made before despatch we will inform you and ask to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel. If we cannot contact you we will cancel and refund.
4.5 Payment options authorized: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna (Pay in 3) etc.] — as presented at checkout.
5. Delivery & Shipping
5.1 Our delivery is currently to United Kingdom addresses (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). We reserve the right to omit certain postcodes or regions.
5.2 When you are checking out, estimated times and delivery charges are shown. We attempt these, but there can be a delay and we do not accept liability for delay beyond our control.
5.3 You must provide correct delivery details. Goods that are delivered to the address provided by you will be deemed delivered, and risk passes upon delivery.
5.4 In the event that there is no one to take delivery, the carrier can re-deliver or leave the goods in a secure place. Re-delivery might cost additional charges.
5.5 You are not authorized to purchase goods from us for resale.
6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds (Google-compliant)
6.1 Statutory Consumer Rights & Google requirements: We run the following Return & Refund Policy which is printed separately and easily available. That policy explains returning items, refunding when, return costs, and timescale. This meets Google Merchant Center requirements.
6.2 Unless otherwise agreed, you may cancel an order or return the goods within 30 calendar days from delivery for most goods (provided the item is not used, remains in original packaging and is returned to the condition supplied). Exceptions to this do exist (see our Return & Refund Policy).
6.3 Cancellation under the right of withdrawal will be reimbursed with the paid price and standard postage costs (if paid) within 14 days of our receipt of the return or proof of return.
6.4 If the goods are faulty or misdescribed you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and we will refund, repair or replace as appropriate.
6.5 You are to follow the return process as indicated on our Return & Refund Policy page.
6.6 We retain the right of deduction for reduction in value where goods returned are put to more use than is reasonable to examine them.
6.7 We will do our best to process refunds promptly. In accordance with policy we will attempt to pay refunds within 7 working days of receiving return or proof of receiving return.
6.8 Our return policy and duration are in line with information posted to Google Merchant Center. Discrepancy can lead to item disapprovals or account penalties.
7. Promotions & Voucher Codes
7.1 Promotion vouchers/offers are subject to conditions that will be applied when you use them. They cannot be exchanged for cash except as described.
7.2 Only one promotion code can be used per order unless otherwise indicated.
7.3 If all or part of an order made with a promotion is returned, the refund may be reduced by the offer applied.
7.4 We can alter or terminate offers at any time (subject to our not otherwise being required to do so).
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs, graphics) is owned or licensed by us and protected by IP laws, copyright and trademark.
8.2 You may view, download or copy information from the Site only for your individual, non-commercial purposes. Do not exploit or republish our data without our specific written consent.
9. Liability & Indemnity
9.1 These Terms shall not exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
9.2 Except as stated in 9.1, our total liability to you in respect of or arising out of or in connection with any product or order shall not exceed the price you paid for the product.
9.3 We do not exclude liability for: indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data).
9.4 We take reasonable security precautions for order and payment information security. Unless we have been at fault, we are not responsible for unauthorised access or hacking of data.
10. Website & Third-Party Links
10.1 The Site may contain occasional links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not endorse or approve those sites or content and take no responsibility for them.
10.2 In the event that you pay us through third-party payment, shipping or other service then such services are governed by the terms thereof. Our use of them is not a sign that we recommend them.
11. Events Beyond Our Control
We will not be in default under these Terms where we fail to perform our obligations where this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Such events include strike, flood, fire, network failure, supplier failure or other causes outside our control.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We are free to revise these Terms at any time. The version that shows the "Last updated" date at the top is the current one. Your ongoing access to the Site after an update means you accept the changes.
