Return Center

Need to return an item? Fill in the form on this page and we will guide you through the process. Below is a short summary of how returns work; the full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.

Cancellation Period

You have 30 calendar days, starting the day after you receive your order, to cancel your purchase and request a return. Once we have sent you your return authorisation, you have a further 14 calendar days to send the item back. Items should be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags. You can also cancel free of charge before your order has been dispatched by emailing info@maldevi.com.

Return Procedure

Fill in the form on this page with your order number, your name, the item(s) and the reason for return. Within one business day we email you your return authorisation, the address to send your return to and full instructions. Send the item using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. Please do not send items back without a return authorisation, as we cannot match unannounced parcels to your order.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns you pay the return postage. If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we cover the full return shipping cost. We never charge a restocking fee.

Refund Method

Refunds are always made to your original payment method. We aim to refund within 7 business days of receiving your return, and always within 14 calendar days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the funds.

Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email info@maldevi.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and we cover the return postage. Within 30 days of delivery you are entitled to a full refund for a faulty item under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
