Order Processing Cut Off time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT) are typically processed on the same business day.

Please allow 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) for order processing and dispatch. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

No minimum order value is required to qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch. You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Address Information

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, Maldevi cannot guarantee that changes can be made. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Our team will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and work towards a suitable resolution.
