Refund & Return Policy – Maldevi

Satisfaction is our top priority at Maldevi. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will make it right.
This policy applies to all online sales via maldevi.com and complies with UK consumer rights law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and Google Merchant Center requirements for fairness and transparency.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We give you a free and fair returns and exchange policy to make you feel safe when purchasing from us.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you discover that the product received by you is defective, damaged, or not as described, we ask you to let us know immediately. We will guide you through the return process and, upon inspection, provide a complete refund or replacement at no extra cost. Your legal rights are not compromised.
Change of Mind (Non-Faulty Products)
If you find you do not like it or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to return it within the below return window. The item must be unused and remain in its original packaging, as outlined in Section 3.
2. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to apply for a return or exchange.
14-day period begins on the date you or a third party on your behalf (excluding the carrier), receive the goods.
3. State of the Product
To be eligible for exchange or refund, returned products should be in the following state:
The product should not have been worn, used or washed.
It should be returned in its original packaging, tags, labels, accessories and documentation.
Protective seals (if any) should not be broken.
Products showing wear, tear, or damage not caused in transit may be rejected or given a prorated refund at our discretion.
4. Return or Exchange Initiation
To begin a return or exchange, kindly contact our customer service department:
Go to our return center and fill in the form with the following: order number, your name and reason for return.
Our team will review your request within one work day and return authorisation as well as in-depth instructions.
5. Return Method & Charges
Method: Returns must be sent by post via an insured, traceable delivery method.
Customer Responsibility: If the item is not faulty or wrong, you are responsible for return postage fees.

Proof of Postage: Don't lose your tracking receipt until your refund has been received.
No Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees on returns or exchanges.
6. Refunds
Upon receipt and examination of your return, we will notify you through email.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed 7 business days after receiving the returned merchandise.
Refund Method: Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
Bank Processing: The funds will be credited to your account within 7 business days, depending on your bank provider.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at info@maldevi.com within 7 working days from the day of delivery.
We will arrange either a free replacement or a refund with return postage.
